division handles all of the company’s real state buildings, which includes
residential compound, rental properties and office buildings. We have three
types of properties that are managed by us:
Residential compound: these buildings are rented to corporate companies looking for residential villas for their employees; such as Defense companies that operate in Saudi Arabia.
Rental properties: These are rental apartments that are rented out to families.
Office buildings: These are well equipped offices for companies that are seeking for office space on a yearly basis for their operations.
